Collecting from the shop

Everything on this site is stocked at our counter in Palm Olympia, 6/134, Sector 16C, Gaur City 2, Greater Noida West. We are open 10 am to 9 pm, every day. Message us on WhatsApp before you come and we will keep the item aside for you. There is no charge for collection.

Local delivery

We deliver around Gaur City, Noida Extension and Greater Noida West. Order on WhatsApp at +91 90441 60393 and we will confirm the delivery charge and timing for your address before you pay. Local orders placed during shop hours usually go out the same day or the next morning.

Delivery across India

We ship across India by courier. Standard delivery normally takes 5–7 working days, and up to 10 working days for remote pin codes. Shipping is free on orders above ₹1,500; below that we tell you the exact charge on WhatsApp before you pay, so there is never a surprise at the end.

How you will know where your order is

We update you on the same WhatsApp chat you ordered from. For local delivery we message you when the order is on its way. For courier orders we send you the tracking number as soon as it ships, so you can follow it on the courier's own website.

Printing and packing work

Photocopying, printouts, lamination and binding are done at the counter while you wait for small jobs. Larger print runs and bulk gift or saree packing are quoted and scheduled on WhatsApp — we will tell you when it will be ready before you confirm.

International orders

We do not ship outside India at the moment. If you need something sent abroad, email katyayani.creations.2022@gmail.com and we will tell you honestly whether we can arrange it.
