Returns & Refunds

The short version

Unused, undamaged items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase or delivery, as long as you have the bill. Refunds go back the way you paid.

What can be returned

Anything unused and undamaged, in its original packaging, with the bill or the WhatsApp order message. Stationery, toys, gifts, decoration and packing material are all covered.

What cannot be returned

Customised and personalised items, anything printed to your order, photocopying and lamination work, and cut or opened craft material. These are made or prepared specifically for you, so we cannot resell them. We will always confirm the details with you before starting personalised work.

How to return something

Bring it to the shop — Palm Olympia, 6/134, Sector 16C, Gaur City 2, Greater Noida West — any day between 10 am and 9 pm. Or message us on WhatsApp at +91 90441 60393 and, for local orders around Gaur City and Noida Extension, we will arrange to collect it.

Refunds

Once we have the item back and it is in returnable condition, the refund is issued the same way you paid: back to the same UPI ID, the same card, or in cash if you paid cash. UPI and cash refunds are usually immediate; card refunds take 5–7 working days to appear on your statement.

Damaged or wrong items

If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, message us on WhatsApp with a photo within 48 hours and we will replace it or refund it in full, including any delivery charge. You do not need to return a damaged item at your own cost.

Cancellations

You can cancel any order before it has been packed or before personalisation has started, at no charge, by messaging us on the same WhatsApp chat.
